Conference Location  
Seoul is a dynamic and vibrant city where tradition coexist with modern facilities. Vibrant city with more than 30 million people, this city is now becoming more famous as a Information Capital where Internet infiltration rates are more than 80% in terms of household user of broadband connection.
City still maintains many tourist places as well as night life facilities such as nightclubs, restaurants and pubs.
Hilton Hotel is located on the skirt of Mountain Namsan which is at the center of downtown Seoul. Five star facilities and convenient location made this hotel the first choice.
 Papers are accepted as a word or power point files. One of the authors are expected to
 present at the conference. Paper should have a 500-words abstract, a list of key words,
 and author’s address, phone number, and e-mail address.
 All submissions will be peer-reviewed on a revolving basis (acceptance notice will be
 given within a week from the submission). Papers will be published in conference
 proceedings.
